Mentally Thank Someone

The mind can be skilled at finding reasons to say that there isn’t time for a gratitude practice. One of the more popular reasons the mind schemes up is, “I don’t have the time.” Well this practice is a good one if that thought comes up. Thank someone mentally if you don’t have the time write a thank you note. Think of when someone has done something nice for you or has been there during the good and challenging times. Then take a few moments mentally say thank you! You can do this on the go so there is no reason to not give this one a try!
